Finished Homestuck shoes!

Didn’t quite get every side of them, but this is a pretty good idea of what they look like.

I’m really really proud of how these turned out, and am really excited to wear them out!

Took about a week and a half, not working on them full time.

Made with Modge Podge, regular printer paper with patent leather shoes

Materials I used includes; piece of pipe, cheap ass cardboard/duct tape/hot glue , lots and LOTS of model magic, acrylic latex for the cracks, spray paint, and finally some loving and tender care- *kissu kissu* U3U~<3

All done! “Ask the Wigglers” mini-Grubkat, complete with lil’ pink fuzzy sock.

Gonna miss his cute little grumpy face now that he finally has one! XD. I think I’ll take a few (thousand) more pics before I ship him off.

I tried taking some progress shots and video while I was making him, but I don’t know how successful a tutorial I can finagle from it. I may have to wait until I make the full-size Karkat grub so I don’t have to hold the camera so close.

Ah man guys, remember my majora’s mask project?? This was the other big project of the class. And of course it ended up being homestuck.

It took SO LONG TO DO. Mosaic is just so boring. Cutting and gluing and cutting and gluing. But I’m super proud of this. I have the original picture up there so you can tell what’s going on, in case it’s hard to see the picture on my project….

EDIT: Uh you guys have no idea how big it is. Ok it is like 1 by 2 feet. Kind of large-ish.
